Configuration
In order to be able to use the application, you first need to key in your personal access data for your telephone system under File
> Settings > Login. If your data does not allow you to connect to the API, you will be notified. The program does not allow you to save your data until it has successfully connected to the API.
Afterwards your extension will be selected automatically. If you have the Pro version and have access to multiple extensions, you will be prompted to select the desired extension. You can also change these later at any time under the menu item File>
Settings> Select Extension.
Speed dials
You can select any number on the selection field or alternatively save the most important call partners in the speed dials. The shortcut keys can be adjusted by right-clicking on the respective key. An input window opens in which you can leave a number and a short description.
Double-click on a speed dial key to call the stored number. If the stored number is part of your telephone system, your status will be updated regularly. The different icons on the speed dial buttons symbolize their status.
With each version you have a different number of speed dial buttons.
Licensing
The software is available in three variants.

The Eco variant is free of charge and can be used without licensing.

The Basic version includes all functions without the operator panel and without call forwarding

The Pro version includes all functions (full version)
The licensing is possible after successful login and is done simply by specifying your company name and selecting the desired version.
If no licenses are available just contact us.
Hotkey (only Windows, Basic Version needed)
Under the menu item File>
Settings> Hotkey you can select a hotkey with which you can start a call. To do this, (e.g. in the browser), mark the phone number you want to call, and then press the hotkey you have set. The call will start immediately. By default, ALT + C is set.
This feature is currently only available for Windows.
Automatic call acceptance
If you do not want to pick up the telephone handset for an outgoing call, you can activate automatic call acceptance under File> Settings>
Automatic call acceptance.

Call forwarding (Pro Version needed)
There is an input field for call forwarding over the speed dial keys. If you enter a number there, all calls of your specified extension will be redirected to this number. Your last input will be saved, so you'll always have the most important redirects available. If you want to deactivate call forwarding, select the empty entry in the selection box.
My Status (Pro Version needed)
Below the display is a selection box for your status. There you can set whether you are currently available, busy or on break. Your current status is displayed to other users in the operator panel. Only if you are available can other users call you through the Operator Panel.
Contacts
Via the menu item View>
Show contacts you can display your contacts at the left edge of the window. Your contacts are divided into group contacts and private contacts. All members of your user group have access to your group contacts. The private contacts are only visible to you.
Right-clicking on a main node opens a context menu. There you can add a new contact to the corresponding category or import contacts from other applications (via CSV file). As a user, you can only import private contacts with a limit of 100 contacts per import. As an administrator, you may also import group contacts.
By right-clicking on a contact you can delete or add new numbers. By right-clicking on a subordinate number you can call it, edit or delete it. Alternatively, you can start the call by double-clicking on a number.
History (Basic Version needed)
Under the menu item View>
View history, the history can be faded in. There you will see information about your last ten phone calls. The icon at the beginning of a column indicates whether it is an internal, outgoing or incoming call.
Right-clicking on an entry opens a context menu. There you have the possibility to call the call partner or to add him to your contacts. Therefore first select the corresponding contact in your contact list. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop a number from the history to assign a contact. With the mouse pointer, drag the desired number from the history to the corresponding contact in the contact list. You can also recall the respective number by double-clicking on an entry in the history.
Operator Panel
Open the Operator Panel under the menu item View>
Open Operator Panel. There you will have an overview of all extensions that are in the same group (s) as your extension.
You can further restrict the display by using the filters at the top of the window. By double-clicking on an extension you can call them if their status allows it.
The operator panel is always in the foreground in front of all other windows, making it easier to use.
Change language
Under the menu item Language you can change the display language of the program. The program must be restarted. The
language files are located in the subdirectory languagefiles.
